Organicum Hortus

[EN] Organic Garden. Confusing the softness of the skin with the delicacy of the petals, evoking the outpouring of caresses through a play of organic shapes, connecting the human to the plant are all concepts linked to these works. Like the hypothesis of biophilia, the artist highlights the similarities that remain between our anatomy and plants, but also our instinctive affinity for life, uniting us with all living entities. In an organic garden, our bodies merge with nature. Flowers and plants become organic, like a mirror, they reflect our vulnerability.

[SV] Organisk trägården. Att sammanfalla hudens mjukhet med kronbladets delikatess, framkalla smek med en lek av organiska former, förbinda människan med växten är alla begrepp kopplade till dessa verk som utgör en riktig ode till kroppslig kärlek. Liksom biofili hypotesen lyfter konstnären fram de likheter som finns kvar mellan vår anatomi och växter, men också vår instinktiva affinitet för livet, som förenar oss med alla levande varelser. I en organisk trädgård smälter våra kroppar samman med naturen. Blommor och växter blir organiska, som en spegel speglar de vår sårbarhet.

Confondre la douceur de la peau avec la délicatesse des pétales, évoquer l’effusion des caresses par un jeu de formes organiques, relier l’humain au végétal sont autant de concepts liés à ces oeuvres qui constituent une véritable ode à l’amour charnel. A l’image de l’hypothèse de biophilie, l’artiste met en avant les similitudes qui subsistent entre notre anatomie et le végétal, mais aussi notre affinité instinctive pour la vie nous unissant avec toutes entités vivantes. Dans un jardin organique, nos corps se fondent avec la nature. Les fleurs et végétaux deviennent organiques, tel un miroir, ils reflètent notre vulnérabilité.
